Return & Support

What is the difference between returning an eSIM and a refund?

FlooESIM Team2026-09-22
An eSIM is delivered digitally. A return in an after-sales case refers to a return or cancellation request for the original delivery with its supplier, rather than mailing back a physical SIM card. Whether that can be completed depends on the product state and supplier result. A refund concerns money paid for the order and is processed through the original payment channel. The supplier return and payment refund are separate steps, so completion of one should not be taken as confirmation that the other is complete. Deleting the eSIM profile from your phone does not create a support case or automatically refund a payment. Ask support about the required steps before deleting a profile that may not be reinstallable. Match any return or refund updates to your order number. If a status is unclear, ask support to check the delivery return and payment refund results separately.
