FAQ
What should I check if my installed eSIM cannot connect?
FlooESIM Team2026-09-22
1. Confirm that your location is covered by the purchased plan, that the plan is activated and valid, and that data is still available.
2. Confirm that the installed eSIM matches your order and is selected for mobile data. Follow the delivery instructions for roaming on that line, and review other lines to avoid unintended roaming charges.
3. Turn off Wi-Fi to check the mobile data connection. If the delivery instructions specify an APN or network selection, use those settings rather than settings from another plan.
4. Try toggling airplane mode or restarting the device. Do not repeatedly delete the eSIM while troubleshooting; some profiles cannot be installed again.
If the issue continues, send support your order number, location, device model, error message and the steps already tried. Hide unrelated personal information in screenshots and share full activation credentials only through a secure channel specified by support.
